When did you start wrestling?  I started wrestling in 7th grade but have been doing jujitsu since 6 years old.

What made you join the wrestling team?  I was told by Hardy that since I did jujitsu and since my brother wrestles I should try it

Did you play any other sports growing up? Baseball for a tiny bit, but mostly jujitsu.

Do you have a certain athlete you aspire to be like or model your wrestling after? Luke l=Lilledahl or Kyle Dake.

What's your favorite memory of your time wrestling at Warrenton? My best memory is wrestling  with Manny, scrambling, conditioning, and messing with him, and hanging out with him even out of school.

What's the best advice you've heard?  Doing what you hate to do, but do it like you love it.

How has wrestling helped shape you as a person? Wrestling has made me extremely disciplined, very healthy, knowledgeable on foods and weight management. Being able to just do the things you don't want to do, as well as getting me even more knowledgeable on weight lifting.

Do you have a favorite college/pro team?  Penn State.

Do you have a teammate or coach that has been influential throughout your career?  JJ has been very influential, by pushing us hard during the off season and driving me to practices when I couldn't, as well as coaching me at some off season tournaments.

Tell me about a memorable win. Beating Hogan Benter, it was my first tournament after bumping up 3 weight classes from last year and I didn't know how the competition would be. And I came out with a 7-6 decision and won the outstanding wrestler of the tournament.

What’s one piece of advice you would give the underclassmen?  Have goals to work towards. and aim so unreasonably high that the worst you could achieve is most normal people's goals.

Do you have any pregame superstitions or a pregame routine?  Early warm up and finishing before everybody, Me and manny used to do it, now me and cam do it. It's something I've always done and it's going to stay that way.

Do you want to play in college? Yes. But, I'd like to get a good offer, preferable D-1 and not have to cut much weight.
