Favorite celebration after winning a match or game: Going to Dairy Queen or Taco Bell with friends.

When did you start your sport? I have been cheering since I was five, and started stunt last year.

What made you join your high school team? I loved seeing something similar to cheer but also very different.

Did you play any other sports growing up? Cheerleading has been the only thing I have done since joining stunt.

Do you have a certain athlete you aspire to be like or model your game after? Kaitlyn Aquino

What's your favorite memory of your time in school? My favorite memory of my time in school is on game days: in the mornings, I sit in my friend's car, drink scooters, and talk about the game while she braids my hair.

What's the best advice you've heard? The best advice I have ever heard is “The harder you work to be better, the harder it is to lose.”

How has your sport helped shape you as a person? Stunt has changed the way I look at sports. I have never loved and enjoyed being a part of a program until I joined stunt.

Do you have a favorite college/pro team? Weber State

Do you have a teammate or coach who has been influential throughout your career? My coaches, Natalie Filipek and Sydney Harris, have been so amazing to our team. Natalie is so understanding and patient; it takes a lot to make her mad, and Sydney is always there to spot us or give us a pep talk if we get upset. This is so refreshing to know that there are people who are committing their time to you to help you grow and who want you to grow.

Tell me about a memorable win. April 10, 2026. We were up by one and it was a turn to call. Our coach called five, and no one got any points, so we won by one point.

What’s one piece of advice you would give the underclassmen? You get as much as you put in, work as hard as you want to get out of this sport.

Do you have any pregame superstitions or a pregame routine? Prayer, prayer, and more prayer.

Do you want to play in college? Yes. I hope to play in college.
