An Arkansas man who formerly owned property in Warren County is facing multiple criminal charges related to being in possession of stolen farm equipment.Ted V. Preul, 64, was charged last week with four felony counts of receiving stolen property. An arrest warrant was issued Dec. 23. His bond has been set at $85,000.The Missouri State Highway Patrol began an investigation March 25 after Preul had sold property in the 39000 block of German Church Road and several pieces of farm equipment. Information was obtained that the equipment may have been stolen.A John Deere tractor and combine, both valued at over $25,000, were seized as stolen property, according to the probable cause statement. Authorities learned Preul had sold another tractor to a farmer in Illinois and discovered it was stolen as well. The production identification number on all three pieces of equipment had been removed, authorities reported.Crime
