A Montgomery County man with a long criminal history is facing new felony charges in Warren County.Rickey Wayne Maass Jr., 36, Montgomery City, has two pending drug possession cases pending in Warren County Circuit Court, according to online court records.One of those stems from an arrest by Truesdale police on June 11, according to a probable cause statement. Police said an officer stopped to speak to Maass after he was observed walking erratically along Veteran’s Memorial Parkway.While speaking with Maass, the officer noticed the man was wearing a pocketknife and while checking the man for possible additional weapons he found a plastic bag containing a white powder, according to the statement.Police said the substance tested positive for methamphetamine. Maass told the officer that he forget he had the meth in his pocket, according to the report.In addition to drug charges filed in Warren County in June and July, Maass also has pending 2015 felony drug charges pending in both Warren and Audrain counties, documents show.Crime
