Mike Ghannoum, Wright City, and Michael Conley, Wentzville, the co-owners of All Cuts Barbershop, received recognition for their charitable work.State Rep. Bryan Spencer presented them with a resolution to acknowledge their work and dedication in the community, particularly the charitable haircuts they provide to students before school and to the youth at the Lincoln and Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center.“These men exhibit the good nature and open hearts of this community with their volunteering efforts, working to present the example of a positive role model to our youth,” Spencer said. “Their works represent what is so great about our community, our state, and I hope their service will continue to benefit our youth while also serving as a beacon, calling us to continue being forces for good, both far and wide.”
