April 17-23 Warrenton Police Reports

The Record
The Warrenton Police Department released the following weekly incident report for the dates of April 17 through April 23.
Monday, April 17
Two vehicle accident. Vehicle One collided with rear of Vehicle Two. Driver One stated she attempted to retrieve as item she dropped and when she looked up her vehicle impacted Vehicle Two. No injuries reported. Neither vehicle required a tow.
Unknown subject wrote graffiti on restroom walls at pool park. Estimated cost of lost unknown at this time.
Tuesday, April 18
Report of intoxicated woman causing a disturbance. The woman drove from the scene and an officer initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle. The driver was asked to perform standard field sobriety tests and after further investigation it was determined the driver had been driving impaired. The woman was issued a citation for excessive blood alcohol content and released to a family member.
Two vehicle accident. Vehicle One pulled out onto roadway and turned left directly in front of Vehicle Two. Driver Two was unable to stop in time and her vehicle struck the front bumper of Vehicle One. Unknown driver one did not stop and continued Northbound on Highway 47, turning right onto the entrance ramp to Eastbound I-70. No injuries reported. Vehicle Two was operational and able to be driven from the scene. Under investigation.
Wednesday, April 19
Unknown subject paying bills online using victim’s bank account information. Under investigation.
Report of intoxicated driver at the gas pumps of convenience store. After further investigation it was determined the woman had been driving impaired. Driver, white, female age 27, was arrested. Charges pending lab results.
Intoxicated man refused to leave family member’s residence after damaging several items. The subject failed to comply with officers, resisted arrest, and kicked one of the officers several times. White, Male, age 26 arrested and issued citation.
Thursday, April 20
Student left backpack outside of locker room. Another student was observed on video surveillance taking the backpack. The backpack was later recovered and no items were missing. A juvenile referral will be completed and forwarded to the Warren County Juvenile Office.
Driver stated while waiting at a red light, he and two juvenile subjects on motorized bicycles became involved in a verbal altercation. One of the Juveniles walked back to his vehicle and punched the Driver’s side mirror, causing it to break. The two juveniles left the scene. A referral will be submitted to the Warren County Juvenile Office.
Report of verbal altercation in parking lot between occupants of three vehicles. White, female, age 38 arrested for seven active warrants out of Warren County and Farmington.
Friday, April 21
Two vehicle accident. No injuries reported. Upon contact with Driver One the officer detected an odor of Alcohol. Further investigation determined Driver One was impaired. White, Male, age 23 arrested and issued a citation for driving while intoxicated.
Saturday, April 22
Unknown woman ate a meal at Applebee’s and left without paying. Under investigation.
Sunday, April 23
Two vehicle accident. Vehicle One was rolling forward slowing and struck rear of Vehicle Two. No injuries reported. Neither vehicle required a tow.
