Is there a national, organized effort to disrupt the Trump administration? A growing number of people believe there is.We doubt it is national in scope but there is no question that there is somewhat of an organized effort to disrupt the Trump administration.Columnist Pat Buchanan, wrote about the Deep State, the permanent regime, that believes it is “the real defender and rightful repository of our liberties.”After disposing of Gen. Michael Flynn, Buchanan wrote that the real target is to bring down President Donald Trump, and abort any move to effect the sort of rapprochement with Russia that Ronald Reagan achieved.Buchanan wrote that the Deep State operates by having the intelligence and investigative arms of government dig up dirt, and then move it to the Fourth Estate (the press) collaborators, who enjoy First Amendment immunity to get it out to the public. He goes on to write, “For violating their oaths and breaking the law, bureaucratic saboteurs are hailed as whistleblowers while the journalists who receive the fruits of their felonies put in for Pulitizers (journalistic awards).”Buchanan advises that there should be an investigation into Russia meddling in our election. He also writes that a special prosecutor be appointed to investigate the intel agencies “who used their custody of secrets in collusion with press collaborators to take down Trump appointees who are on their enemies lists.”What has been going on is not good for the country.
