Andy Walton Watkins passed away on February 7, 2022, at his home in Foristell at the age of 83. His loving wife of 63 years was by his side.

Andy is survived by his wife, Ora Mae Watkins (Brown); daughter, Donna (Kelly) Budd; son, Rick (Alyce) Watkins; five grandchildren, Ricky (Kayla) Watkins, Michael (Amanda) Watkins, Andrew (Kelsey) Budd, Lauren (Thomas) Freeman, and Lindsey (David) Budd; and seven great-grandchildren, Bryant, Parker, Elizabeth, Henley, Lily, Holdyn, and Palmer.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Earsie and Charlie Watkins, his siblings Olen, Annie, June, Bessie, and Jannie, and his Daughter Lisa (Watkins) Freeman.

Andy/Walt worked for Ryder Trucking Company for 30 years. He started his career as a maintenance technician and retired as the regional sales manager. Andy/Walt enjoyed traveling, spending time with his family, golfing, telling stories, going to breakfast with the ROMEO (Retired Old Men Eating Out) Club, spending time outdoors, and taking golf cart rides around the subdivision. Andy’s family was his number-one priority.

Andy/Walt was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, friend, and neighbor. He was an extraordinary, hardworking, loving, and intelligent man. He was loved immensely and will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

Visitation will be held Saturday, February 19, 2022, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Pitman Funeral Home in Wentzville. Funeral service will directly follow at 11:00 a.m.
