AGAPE’s annual Gala for Giving event held Nov. 12 at Innsbrook Aspen Center raised over $50,000.The money will be used to fund AGAPE’s programs and services that help people in Warren County who are hungry or homeless.The platinum sponsor for the event was T&N Inc. The company’s sponsorship was critical to making the event a success, organizers said.T&N Inc. President Mark Stephens attended the event, along with several others from the company.“We are grateful for all of the attendees, sponsors, donor and volunteers who helped make our Gala for Giving a success,” said AGAPE Executive Director Michelle Bernth.“We appreciate the support of our platinum sponsor, T&N Inc. Their sponsorship of this event was a critical part of our overall success,” she said.The evening featured an open bar cocktail reception where guests had a chance to mingle, bid in the silent auction or step outside onto the terrace to enjoy the view of Innsbrook.The cocktail reception was followed by a plated dinner and an evening of dancing to the music of My Friend Mike.“We are already looking forward to returning to Innsbrook for this event next year,” Bernth said.Each month, AGAPE provides food to more than 1,200 people through its county-wide food pantry.In addition, AGAPE offers programs and services that help people get back on their feet and become self-sufficient.
