A Warren County man is facing drug charges following a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 47 and Booneslick Road last Thursday.Warrenton police seized synthetic marijuana, painkillers and a pipe with burnt residue from one of the vehicles, according to a probable cause statement.The driver, identified as 31-year-old Frank George Hedges Jr., of the 29000 block of St. Catherine Street, Wright City, was charged with felony drug possession and two misdemeanor counts of possession of a synthetic cannabinoid and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.Crime
