Absentee ballots for the April 7 election may be cast in the Warren County clerk’s office.Registered voters who will be absent from the county, illness or physical disability, caretakers of those incapacitated or confined due to illness or disability, religious belief or practice, employment as an election authority, incarceration, provided all qualifications for voting are retained, may cast absentee ballots in the clerk’s office.Absentee ballots may be cast between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 4.Absentee ballots will be mailed upon written requests received no later than 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 1. Please be advised that when requesting an absentee ballot by mail, the request must be in writing, signed and must state the voter’s name, address at which they are registered, the reason for requesting an absentee ballot, and the address to which the ballot is to be mailed.A registered voter who registered by mail and is voting for the first time, photocopy of their ID must be sent along with their request for an absentee ballot.For information, call the county clerk’s Office at 636-456-3331.Absentee ballots ready for election
