Seven people were recently charged with a number of drug related crimes that stemmed from a search warrant executed Nov. 27, 2023.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed by the Warrenton Police Department, the department and the East Central Drug Task Force executed a warrant within the city of Warrenton Nov. 27, 2023. During the search Richard Phillips, O’Fallon, Kayla Biggs, Warrenton, Gary Greeney, Warrenton, Mandy Hahn, Warrenton, Sharon Malicoat, Warrenton and Roger Headrick, Warrenton were all taken into custody. A seventh suspect, Rebecca Willis, Wright City, was seen entering and leaving the residence as officers arrived.
Upon being stopped by officers, Willis admitted to having a “rig” in one of her bags. Upon a search, officers located syringes with a dark liquid, a digital scale, a small clear plastic bag containing a crystal-like substance were located. Items ultimately tested positive for methamphetamine.
According to the affidavit, the search turned up items consistent with methamphetamine use throughout the house near where the other suspects were located.
Notices were sent to the seven defendants with a court date scheduled for Jan. 28, 2026 at 9 a.m. All seven were charged with possession of a controlled substance.
