Warrenton police arrested a woman last week after she allegedly pointed a loaded gun at someone during an argument at a home on Cherry Street.

Sheila Boos, 50, is now charged with unlawful exhibiting of a weapon and misdemeanor domestic assault. Police took her into custody after a disturbance that was reported at about 6:45 p.m. Sept. 22, according to court documents.

A man at the property reportedly told police that he and Boos were in an argument inside a home on the 500 block of Cherry Street. The man alleged that as he attempted to leave, Boos drew a .22 caliber handgun, pointed it at his head and threatened “I will shoot you dead.”

Police reported that they located the handgun fully loaded at the scene.

Boos was arrested and incarcerated at the Warren County Jail, before being released on a $5,000 bond.  She is prohibited from having any contact with the victim as a condition of the bond.
