The Warrenton Police Department released the following weekly incident report for the dates of April 24 through April 30.

Monday, April 24

  • Three vehicle accident. Vehicle One was eastbound on Veterans Memorial Parkway when it collided with Vehicle Two and Three. Vehicles Two and Three had been in the turn lane attempting to turn into the Flying J parking lot. No injuries reported. Vehicle One towed from the scene by approved towing.
  • Previously trespassed subject came into the store and took item without paying. Citations issued for stealing and trespassing.  

Tuesday, April 25

  • Report of man trespassing on resident’s porch. Subject had active warrant out of St. Charles County Department of Corrections. Small bag of methamphetamine was found during search incident to arrest. Charges pending lab results.

Wednesday, April 26

  • Womens restroom at Dyer Park vandalized. Unknown subject broke toilet paper dispenser and threw toilet paper rolls into the toilet.

Thursday, April 27

  • Subject drank a shooter size bottle of whiskey and left the store without paying. The man was taken into custody after refusing officer’s orders to stop. Citation issued for stealing and resisting arrest.  

Friday, April 28

  • Two vehicle accident. Vehicle two turned left out of Walgreen’s parking lot and collided with Vehicle One traveling northbound on State Highway 47. No injuries reported. Neither vehicle required a tow.  
  • Woman selected items, utilized self-checkout register, and scanned a lower priced bar code for a purse. Inside the purse were several unscanned items. Citation issued for stealing.
