Monday, July 22
Warren County Center, stealing. Store employee witnessed a white female consume a beverage while shopping. The subject then passed all points of sale, was apprehended and a citation was issued.
Eastbound Interstate 70, driving while revoked or suspended. Officer observed a vehicle turning onto Eastbound Interstate 70 with expired Missouri temporary tags. A traffic stop was conducted on Interstate 70 near mile marker 195.4 where contact was made with the driver. After a records check was completed, dispatch advised the driver was suspended and that the temporary tags were expired. Citations were issued.
Tuesday, July 23
S State Highway 47, expired plates. While on routine patrol, a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for being unable to properly read the license plate due to the license plate cover. Upon inspection of the license plate, the plate expired in 2022 and a citation was issued.
Saturday, July 27
2400 Block N State Highway 47, exceeded posted speed limit (20-25 MPH over). Officer observed a vehicle with headlights activated to be traveling at a high rate of speed. After observing the aforementioned, the officer utilized the radar and checked the vehicle at a rate of 65 MPH when limited to 45 MPH. The driver was issued a citation.
Sunday, July 28
N State Highway 47/Oak Street E, exceeded posted speed limit (11-15 MPH over). Officer observed a vehicle heading East on State Highway 47 near Oak Street to be exceeding the posted speed limit of 30 MPH. Upon radar measuring the vehicle speed, it was driving 42 MPH in a posted 30 MPH zone. A citation was issued.
