The Warrenton Police Department released the following weekly incident report for the dates of December 18 to December 31. 

Monday, December 18

Highway 47 and East Ash Road. Two vehicle accident. Vehicle one was stopped on Highway 47 due to traffic. Vehicle two collided with the rear of vehicle one. No injuries were reported. Vehicle one was driven from the scene. Vehicle two was towed by Lewis Family Garage. 

North State Highway 47. Single vehicle accident. Vehicle one was traveling north on Highway 47 when it veered off the right side of the road striking the ditch. The vehicle was towed from the scene by Lewis Family Garage. 

Wednesday, December 20

College Avenue and South Highway 47. Single vehicle accident. Vehicle one saw another vehicle quickly approaching from behind at Highway 47 and College Avenue trying to avoid a collision. Vehicle one swerved, lost control and went into the ditch. Minor injuries were reported. Vehicle one was towed from the scene by Lewis Family Garage

Thursday, December 21 

North State Highway 47. Two vehicle accident. Vehicle two was stopped at VMP and Highway 47 waiting to make a right turn when vehicle one collided with the rear of vehicle two. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were driven from the scene. 

Friday, December 29 

North State Highway 47 and westbound I-70. Two vehicle accident. Vehicle one was making a left turn onto the westbound ramp to I-70 when vehicle two collided with the rear passenger side of vehicle one. Vehicle two was in the process of making a right onto the westbound ramp of I-70. No injuries were reported. Vehicle two was towed from the scene. 

Northeast Service Road. Two vehicle accident. Vehicle one was stopped at a stop sign and began making a right turn on to the North Service Road when it collided with the passenger side of vehicle two. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
