A Warrenton man, 38, was involved in a three-car accident in St. Louis city on the evening of June 17, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred when a 23-year-old man from Aurora, Ca., failed to maintain his lane on eastbound Interstate 270 due to a defect with his vehicle, according to the patrol.
The Aurora man’s vehicle overturned and rolled several times according to the patrol. He had ladders attached on the roof of the vehicle which struck the rear wheel of the Warrenton man’s vehicle.
Debris from the Aurora man’s vehicle also struck the vehicle of a 53-year-old Troy, Il., man’s trailer as he was traveling behind the Warrenton man.
The Aurora man did not report any injuries however, according to the patrol, an unnamed 35-year-old occupant in his vehicle sustained minor injuries and was transported to Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis via ambulance.
