A Warrenton man, 54, was seriously injured in a car accident on Interstate 70 around 3:30 a.m. in Warren County on Dec. 9.
The second driver had parked his semi truck on the exit ramp. The Warrenton man traveled off the right side of the road and struck the parked truck, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The Warrenton man was taken to SSM St. Joseph Hospital Lake St. Louis via ambulance. He was wearing a seatbelt in the accident, according to the patrol.
The driver of the semi truck was not identified in the report.
