Vera Jean Nordman (nee Kelley), of Warrenton, MO, passed away Friday, January 14, 2022, at the age of 86. Devoted mother of Gail Ann (Jim) Bias, Vicki (Rick) Skiles, Tim Nordman and Bryant Nordman; loving grandmother of Kimberly (Craig), Kelley (Jermaine), Kyle (Coni), Jenni, Corey (Emily), Timmy, Keith (Elisa); great-grandmother of Brandon, Kaitlin, Hanna, Joseph, Addam, Sekoya, Keenan, Justin, Zachary, Jamison, Liam, Lillian, Logan, and Jack; great-great-grandmother of Beau, Elijah, Peter, Ezekial, Vionney, Piper, Kai, Violet, Genesis and Josiah; dear sister of Linda Kelley and brother-in-law Gerald.
Vera is also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Nordman, her parents, Bertha and Clarence Kelley, her son, Randy Nordman, her granddaughter Angie Nordman and her sister, Betty Graham.
Vera enjoyed reading and she was a member of Novel Wednesdays at the Warrenton Library. When she wasn’t reading, she enjoyed doing word searches. She also loved to sew. Vera loved hummingbirds and she made sure to feed them every day. She enjoyed gardening and took pride in making her garden beautiful. Shopping for antiques was one of her favorite things to do. Vera was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
