Truesdale aldermen approved the tax rate for the 2023 fiscal year during the Aug. 23 meeting.
A public hearing preceded the normal meeting, but no member of the public spoke.
The new tax rate for the general revenue fund is $0.8766 on each $100 of assessed valuation.
The ordinance states the tax is levied “upon all real estate, personal property, and public utilities property” within Truesdale.
Alderman approved the ordinance by a vote of 4-0.
