A man riding a motorcycle through Warren County died in an early-morning crash on Sunday, June 19, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol.
John D. Kaeser, 24, of Truxton, was killed in a crash on Highway W when the 2021 Kawasaki motorcycle he was riding left the road and struck an embankment, according to a highway patrol crash report. The accident reportedly occurred around 3 a.m. as the motorcycle was traveling northbound.
Highway patrol investigators believe the motorcycle was traveling too fast for the condition of the road when it drove off the right side of the road and crashed. Kaeser was reportedly ejected from the vehicle, and was declared dead at the scene. He was wearing a helmet, the highway patrol said.
