An altercation in Wright City involving threats made with a shotgun has led to a criminal charge.
Jason Krstovic, 47, of Warrenton, is charged with unlawful use of a weapon for making the threats outside a home on the 400 block of West Second Street North in Wright City. Police were called to the home on Feb. 9, where a man stated Krstovic had pointed a shotgun at him and another man during an argument, according to an arrest report.
Krstovic reportedly was not armed when the confrontation began, but at some point announced that he was going to get a gun and then retrieved it from the house.
Krstovic is currently being held at the Warren County Jail. Associate Judge Richard Scheibe set his bail at $10,000, with a 10-percent payment authorized.
