A 72-year-old woman from Warren County was taken to the hospital for injuries after a crash last Wednesday south of Wentzville.
Kathleen M. Dulany, of Wright City, suffered moderate injuries in the crash, which occurred at the intersection of Highway Z and Highway N, according to a report from the Missouri Highway Patrol. The two-vehicle crash occurred around 6:45 a.m.
The highway patrol reported that a 16-year-old driver in a 2010 Audi A4 attempted to make a turn at the intersection while Dulany was also crossing in the other direction in a 2014 Kia Soul.
Dulany was taken to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital in Lake St. Louis. The highway patrol reported that she was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
The driver of the Audi, who was not identified because they are a juvenile, was wearing a seat belt and did not have any reported injuries.
