To the Editor,
I would like to thank the former and current Wright City Board of Aldermen and Mayor Michelle Heiliger and Mayor Dan Rowden for working to fix the sidewalk on the North Service Road in front of Immanuel United Church of Christ. Since the improvements have been made, walking to nearby locations in town has been a better experience. My class takes trips across the overpass to the local stores and restaurants, and having a new sidewalk on the way makes errands and field trips a whole lot easier.
The completion of the sidewalk is symbolic of a bright future for our city. Every year, more families move to our area and new businesses are started. I worked at the Back to School Fair. I saw how many people showed up. Our city and county are growing faster than ever before. Just like the sidewalk is brand new and fresh, our city is experiencing the start of a new chapter.
I feel confident in our city’s leadership. I am thankful for strong and moral individuals guiding Wright City into a prosperous future. I am a strong believer that the best days are yet to come. I wish you all success in your public office and business deals. Thank you for all your continued service and dedication to Wright City.
