The St. Louis Chapter of the Missouri Society of Professional Surveyors (MSPS-STL) has announced the recipients of its 2025–2026 academic scholarships. The awards support students pursuing careers in land surveying and working toward professional licensure through accredited programs.

This year’s recipients are:

  • Leah Guss, of Truxton, entering her second year at Southern Illinois University–Edwardsville.
  • David Marij, of Downer’s Grove, currently enrolled at Southern Illinois University–Edwardsville.
  • Nicholas Zintel, of St. Louis, currently studying at the Midwest Geospatial Academy.

The students were selected based on academic achievement, commitment to the profession and future potential in the land surveying industry.

MSPS-STL is dedicated to advancing the surveying profession and supporting the next generation of licensed professionals. The chapter awards scholarships annually to students enrolled in approved surveying programs and encourages interested applicants to apply.
