Two events are scheduled for Warren County residents to enjoy this Saturday.
First up is the rescheduled Woofstock 2023 event is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 28 at Diekroeger Park in Wright City.
The event had to be rescheduled from its original date in August because of severe weather.
This year’s event includes the annual wiener dog races, free microchipping and low cost vaccinations for animals, food and drink, pet nail trims, and more.
The event is sponsored by Wags and Whiskers.
Then beginning at 4 p.m. Saturday afternoon at the Walmart in Warrenton is the Warren County Pathfinders Halloween Trunk or Treat car show.
The event is free to the public and includes food, face painting, a 50/50 raffle, and games in addition to the trunk or treat.
The car show is open from 4 to 7 p.m. Awards will be presented at 7 p.m. in a variety of categories, including antique vehicle, vintage vehicle, classic vehicle, muscle car, and more.
