Donna G. O'Neal passed away on December 2, at Mercy Hospital surrounded by her loving family at the age of 61. Donna was born October 8, 1961, in St. Louis, MO to Robert and Juanita Lake nee Cobb.
Donna is survived by her beloved husband of 39 years and 7 months Chris O'Neal of Troy, MO; 3 children Heather (Gregory) Reed of Moscow Mills, MO, Joshua (Amanda) O'Neal of Troy, MO, Christopher (Chelsea) O'Neal of Troy, MO; two brothers, Gary Lake of St. Peters, MO, Dan (Karen) Lake of St. Charles, MO; two sisters, Janet Ingram of IL, Hope (Jerry) Caruthers of Kingsport, TN; 6 grandchildren, Cole, Gwen, Ella, Sophia, Gregory Jr, and Eli. Donna is preceded in death by her father, Robert Lake, mother, Juanita Lake, brother, Rick Lake, brother, Ken Lake, and sister, Lisa Hitezman.
Donna was united in marriage to Chris on April 23, 1983. Donna was a member of the Warrenton Christian Church where she was a youth group leader. Donna worked as a realtor for Berkshire Hathway. Donna enjoyed scrapbooking, taking pictures, shopping for bargains, being at the ocean, crafts with her grandchildren, and most of all she loved being with her family and spending time with them. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A visitation will be held on Friday, December 9, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Pitman Funeral Home, 904 S. Hwy 47, Warrenton. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 10, beginning at 10 a.m., at Warrenton Christian Church. Burial will follow at the Eternal Peace Cemetery in Wentzville.
