Clara Jane “Oeo” Wolff passed away on November 24, 2020, at the age of 94. Clara was born July 27, 1926 in New Haven to Elmer and Frances Pruessner (nee Giebler).
Clara was united in marriage on February 15, 1947, to Harlan Wolff and they shared 68 years before his passing. Clara and her husband Harlan owned the Warrenton Market downtown.
Clara was an active member of Frieden’s U.C.C. and was on the Board of Christian Education at the church, and an active member of the VFW Ladies Auxillary. Clara loved to go dancing, enjoyed camping, playing cards, crossword puzzles, painting, cooking and quilting.
She is survived by her son, Dennis (Cathy) Wolff of Galena, MO; daughter, Peggy (Dennis) William of Warrenton; sister, Marian Gerling; four grandsons, Jason (Melanie) Williams, Aaron (Aja) Williams, Travis (Yvette) Wolff, Isaac Wolff; granddaughter, Kim (Eric) Ramsey; great-granddaughter, Jaycee Williams; three great-grandsons, Kason Williams, Sid Schrader, Austin Wolff.
She is preceded in death by her father, Elmer Pruessner, mother Frances Pruessner, husband Harlen Wolff, brother Don Pruessner, and brother Bob Pruessner. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
The family will hold private services. A celebration of life will be held summer 2021.
She will be interred at the Warrenton City Cemetery.
