Warren County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to a residence in Warren County to investigate a burglary on April 19.

According to the probable cause statement filed by Deputy Andrew Whittington, the victim asked officers to clear the home, and they found evidence someone had entered the home.

The victim stated there were several items missing from the garage including drills and a battery charger.

On April 20, officers found Dawson Rajchart, 18, of Bellflower, sleeping in a non-operational car on the property. Rajchart was taken into custody for trespassing and after searching his person, officers found several of the stolen items, according to the probable cause statement.

Whittington reported they found the drills, a battery charger, some electronics and jewelry in a backpack that Rajchart had in his possession.

The combined value of the items was estimated to be $500, and the victim stated they were a mix of her possessions, and those belonging to two other victims.

She also clarified Rajchart did not have permission to be on the property, or to take the items.

Rajchart was charged with second-degree burglary, a felony, and stealing, a misdemeanor. A warrant has been issued for his arrest and he is to be held on a bond of $5,000.
