Underserved families in Wright City want their children’s Christmases to be special. They want gifts under the tree, just like most kids.

To help make that happen, the Food Pantry and Wright City Parents as Teachers have organized an Adopt-A-Family program for several Wright City families in need. Individuals or groups may sign up to purchase items from the family’s wish list to give them a brighter holiday.

You can also give a financial gift and the organizers will do the shopping.

Purchases are due to Parents as Teacher director, Kamie Williams by Dec. 7 at the Wright City Middle School. Contact her at 314-496-5525 or
