It’s been 10 years since a female’s torso was found at a Wright City rest stop, and the mystery surrounding the case remains.

The torso was found in the early morning hours on June 28, 2004, at the rest stop along Interstate 70. Her head, arms and legs were cut off and have never been found, according to past reports.
